Meet Rebecca
My approach to treatment has been shaped by many years working in professional sport, where I developed a real appreciation for how the body moves, adapts and recovers.
I spent five seasons working with the Vancouver Canucks, providing care to some of the sport’s top athletes and helping them with their performance, recovery and ongoing physical health. It was an incredible environment to work in and gave me experience that continues to influence the way I treat today.
I now bring that same level of care and attention to everyone I work with — whether you’re an athlete, someone who loves to stay active, or simply want to move through everyday life without pain or restriction.
My treatments combine hands-on therapy, sports massage, corrective exercise and mobility work. Rather than focusing only on where something hurts, I like to understand why it may be happening and look at the way your body moves as a whole.
I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies, move with more confidence and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
If you’re experiencing joint or muscle pain, restricted movement or mobility issues — or you simply feel that your body isn’t moving as well as it could — I’d love to help.
Book an appointment and we can start by talking through what’s going on and what you’d like to achieve.
